Anotina Pont
Antonia Pont is a writer, yogi and meditator, who has been practising and teaching for close to three decades. Her work asks about how we can become new to ourselves, about the mysteries of time and transformation, and how we can meet the unknown with less reactivity and more capacity. Her essays have an international following (Literary Hub, Overland, The Lifted Brow) and she is author Plain Life: on thinking, feeling and deciding (NewSouth, 2025), A Philosophy of Practising (Edinburgh University Press, 2021), You Will Not Know in Advance What You’ll Feel (2019, Rabbit Poets), and The Memory Library (2024, Spineless Wonders). She lives on unceded Wurundjeri land in Naarm.
